it looks like Kyan may be autistic. We are being referred to the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs to their CARE team. The actual assessment probably won't take place till some time in September or October because the are so backed up. I am not sure what to think yet. I guess I am waiting to the "official" diagnosis to take place with people more familiar with autism.
Nevaeh is back from Virginia. I missed her terribly!! It is soooooo good to have her home!! I got my scanner hooked up. I am trying to figure out how to use it. So hopefully soon, I can post some of my scrapbook pages on a slide show. (time permitting!!)

It's good to just wait until you know for sure so you don't set your mind one way or the other. I'll be praying for you.

I think there are a bunch of girls at personalscrapper who can help you with your scanner if you have any questions.
I think you have the right idea - wait a bit before deciding how to handle it. Autism has such a huge range, just getting the label doesn't really tell you that much...
As for dinner, sorry about this last weekend. It's been crazy. We're totally open this weekend, if you have some time available. :) Email me? I'll probably forget to come back here and check...
