Pumpkin Patch

I took the kids today to a Methodist church up the road that has a pumpkin patch every year. I remember the first time we ever went here Kyan hated it. He hated how the straw felt but this year he loved it. Boy have times changed.

Monkey Business

Trey & I took the kids to a indoor play place today called Monkey Business. The kids had fun. Kyan wasn't so sure of the ferris wheel and stood up when he was a the very top. So I had to pull them off.

First Day of School

Both my babies are starting school today! I can't believe it. It was an incredibly hectic day but I managed to get them both there. Finally when I got back in the car after dropping Kyan off last it finally hit me. What do I do now??

My Baby is 3!

Today is Kyan's 3rd Birthday! Happy Birthday my baby boy!

Happy 4th of July!!

Nevaeh was petrified of the fireworks at first and hid in the storage bench we have in the back yard. Then she started to like them and Kyan started to scream and cry everytime they went off!! He ended up inside for the rest of the night crying till we put him to bed.

Baptism

Kyan and Nevaeh were baptised today at our church. My sister, her kids and my mom came down from Virginia to help us celebrate.

Weight loss update!!

I hadn't posted on here in a long time. I just wanted to update my weight loss numbers. I am up to 37 lbs lost!!! Yeah for me!

Elmo

So anyone who knows Kyan, knows that the child LOVES Elmo! Lately that is all he talks about. I asked him the other day what my name was and he told me "Elmo"!! So we decided to take him to see Elmo when he came to town this weekend. It didn't go as well as expected. The show was during nap time and Kyan ending up missing the last half of the show. Trey had to take him to the car for a nap. Which he feel asleep within seconds of getting into the car.

First Day of School

Nevaeh started her 2nd year at preschool today. I can't believe that this time next year she will be starting kindergarten!!! My how time flies.

I lost

another 2 lbs. So the running total is 31.6!!!!! YEAH ME!

Here is another scrapbook page I did recently. I wasn't feeling it when I orginally did it. So I left it on my desk to see if I could come up with something better. Now I think it came out much better.

about the carrier testing. I will try to update when I hear some. Not much else going on here. I am joining Weight Watchers on Thursday. I just can't seem to lose anymore weight. :( Wish me luck!

Carrier Testing

Hopefully this week we find out how Kyan got Hemophilia. We are going in for carrier testing to see if I am a carrier or if it was spontaneous mutation when I was pregnant with him. I think this is a good test to have since there are so many girls in the family that might be affected, if I am a carrier.
